Christmas Festive French Tip Striped Nail Art with Nail tutorial

Hello, hello and HELLO! Welcome to The Good Nails! Thanks a bundle and a half for joining me in my very first blog post (insert excited squealing here)! I am here with these super festivy lookin' nails for Christmas. I feel like gold, red, green and white are just THE most perfect group of colors for Chrissy. Anything with these colors just positively screams Christmas, you cannot go wrong, I'm tellin ya!


And best of all they were quick and simple to create! All you need for these babies is a thin and small nail brush and your four festive colors. From there simply draw a line from the top of your nail to around halfway down your nail plate. Continue this process using varying colors and lengths of lines, making sure to clean your brush every time you use a new color. The four colors I used for this manicure were 'Revlon red by Revlon', Sally Hansen 'White Tip', Sinful Colors 'Gold Medal' (if your ever on the hunt for a great one-coat gold that will also stamp, this is for you) and Sinful Colors 'We're In Tents'. Right after I finished these up I noticed  that the stripes made my nails look longer, a pretty cool and useful optical illusion, right!

Hello everybody! Today is a very, very, very exciting day for this blog because this is my first ever swatch and review of a collection! I was super pumped when I started seeing polishes from the Vanessa Hudgens collection around October, and picked up the four polishes that were available. When I brought my polishes home and looked them up, I was only able to find two of them on the Sinful Colors website, which were apart of the festival collection. I only found a swatch or two of the other polishes that I picked up and no mention of them from SC on their website. Sinful Colours New Shades 2019 Full Collection Swatch and Review

Helloooo! Helloooo! Heloooo! Oh my! I am really very, very excited to present to you all a new collection swatch and review from Sinful Colours! This is the new core collection from Sinful Colours for 2019, which consists of 8 nail polishes. The slightly oddity here is that there are two nail polishes that I haven't seen in the other collection reviews; these being Holo Back and All Jokes Acia'd. It's possible that they are exclusive to Australia or maybe were released a little later than the rest of the collection? Those are my running theories, but if anyone knows please share your awesome information down below in the comments section! Y'know, when I do a collection review I never know which polish to start with! Do I choose something that works well as a representation of the overall collection? Sinful Colors Vanessa Hudgens Winter Collection, Full Collection Review

Hello everybody! I'm so very excited today because we will be looking at the Sinful Colors Vanessa Hudgens collaboration collection for winter! I just adore the Sinful Colors/Vanessa Hudgens collaboration polishes, they are some of my favourite polishes in my collection, so my expectations for this collection were very high (almost as high as my excitement levels!). This is a 12 piece collection (the last collection aka the Jungle Beat collection only had 8 polishes but the Festival collection also had 12, just a fun little fact) and every single one of them is shimmer polish; not a single creme in sight! This differs from the the other collaborations, which all had at least a few cremes thrown in there. But, I'm not too upset about that; I LOVE shimmer polishes, and after swatching a collection that was pretty much completely made up of creme polishes (none other than the Sinful Colors New Shades collection), I am happy to be swatching these shimmery beauties!
