Abstract Rainbow Nail Art Tutorial using Stamper

Image
Hello! How have all of you been? I myself have been pretty busy lately, so I am looking forward to relaxing and doing some bloggin' right about now! I'm really into abstract-y things lately, I think  they look really cool like! I also am well into my stamper, just been experimenting; y'know? Of course not all of my expermients work out....if all of them did, then all the nail tutorials on this blog would be stamper related! Another love of mine are rainbows! But, I mean, who doesn't love rainbows, why choose one colour when you can choose all of 'em? So, choose all of 'em we shall! Ohh....so...many..colours.....so...colourful.....What? Oh yeah; polishes used! Enchanting by Revlon, Innocence by Sinful Colors, Unknown colour by Boe, Sourise by David Jones, Heat Wave by Red Earth, Fun time Fuschia by Rimmel and be red-y by Rimmel! Y'know, guys, I think this may be my most colourful tutorial yet! The first step to rainbows on nails is to take your firs...

Green Abstract Dry-brushing Nail Art Tutorial (St Patricks Day)

Image
Hiya guys! Today is my very last St Patricks Day nail art tutorial before I start moving into nails for any old time of the year! This tutorial is a good transition coz' it's kinda neutral; if you use the right colours it's a St Patricks Day manicure but if you use other colours it can just be a mani for any time of the year. Oh! And you guys will not believe what has happened (it's not good news, I don't know why I made it sound like good news) I have had TWO breaks on my nail! Two and two days in a row. One broke when it got stuck in a draw (the draw that hold my nails polish collection no less) and one the victim of a bread knife while I was slicing bread! So, yeah, I had to shave down my nails a fair bit, and this was all after they were re-growing when they broke a week ago! I, know I know, It's quite a tale! But they'll get back to they're original state eventually.... When I mixed the light green polish (Sinful Colors Innocent) and the dark g...

Black and White Abstract Nail Art Tutorial using Stamper

Image
Hiya guys! I'm so excited! I am so, so, so excited coz' today I am sharing a nail art tutorial for nails that I think look so cool! I hope you like them, and they are so super duper easy, anyone with a stamper and some nail polish can do 'em. This design is something you can do with any combination of colour you like, so I reccon it'll be fun to experiment with if your in that kinda mood. Oh! Or you could do a really cute skittle-cure too! See! It's so versatile, there is lot's of fun to be had here! There they are! Now that I mentioned that skittle-cure idea, that is all I can think about. Skittle-cure, skittle-cure, skittle-cure! Anyway, a practical tip; your gonna wanna use something to protect your cuticle, coz' I didn't and my fingers ended up grey. Then, I had to re-do the photo's coz' it looked terrible. I used tape that time, it went great! First up! Take your stamper and white nail polish (I used Sally Hansen hard as nails...

Monochrome Abstract Nail Art using Nail Art Striper

Image
Hiya everyone? Tell me, how was your Christmas? Did any of you find some good boxing day bargains? I found almost nothing in terms of nail polish, but I did find a nail art striper on the cheap. I have never used one before, I really like the brush on it! It's a lot thinner than any nail art brush I have ever used. Here are some monochromatic nails that I did using the new striper. These were incredibly simple, it's really just a sqiggly line with a dot in the middle of it. I call it; the squiggle and dot! C'mon guys, do the squiggle and dot! I love using lots of beautiful colours in my nail art, but monochrome looks awesome in nail art as well! What  do you all think, monochrome or colourful nail art? Are you gonna be doing the squiggle and dot sometime? Let me know what you think down below in the comments!                                            ...

Abstract Dot Festive Nail Art Tutorial for Christmas

Image
Hello again! How are you all? How are your nails ;)? I had a break on my pointer finger last night. It was a really close call, thank god for nail glue! Anyway, today I bring you some more quick and easy nail art for this Christmas! I thought doing a kinda abstract design would be really fun and unique for a Christmas mani, and I've been experimenting with different design for a while. Finally! Here is the fruit of my labour, a super easy design that anyone can do in three simple steps! The first step is to use a medium sized dotting tool to create a circular pattern with white nails polish. Do 2 to 3 of these on each nail. Next, use a small nail art brush to fill these in in different colours. You may need to do this twice to achieve full opacity. Our third and last step is to fill in the remaining space in a different colour. And, don't forget to top it all off with a nice layer of your fav' top coat. There we have it guys! Abstract Christm...
