Pink Sparkling Nails with White Boarder Nail Art Tutorial

Hi! How are you doing everybody? Today I bring you these bordered sparkling nails, nails so sparkly that you can see it sparkling with little gold sparkles. These nails are really fun and super cute. I used Cutex Strawberry Shimmer as the base, Rimmel white tip for the border and Revlon Golden Charm for the sparkles. I realised a liiiitle too late that the base that I used was waaay too sparkly and made the sparkles very difficult to see. Oh well, I still think they look cute!


See! Look, so sparkly! Too sparkly!


First step; paint your nails with your base colour. Pro tip; don't use a shimmery base. Then, draw the boarder using a white nail polish and a small nail art brush. Make sure that the area near the cuticle is rounded and that the area at the tip of the nail follows the shape of your nail.

 Next, add the sparkles. To do this simply draw a line and then draw another line through it. Then repeat this process to create another sparkle underneath the first one.

Guys, how simple was that! Did you have fun, I did! The colour that I used as the base, Strawberry Shimmer by Cutex, is so gorgeous! Hands up, who wants to see a swatch? Sinful Colors Vanessa Hudgens Winter Collection, Full Collection Review

Hello everybody! I'm so very excited today because we will be looking at the Sinful Colors Vanessa Hudgens collaboration collection for winter! I just adore the Sinful Colors/Vanessa Hudgens collaboration polishes, they are some of my favourite polishes in my collection, so my expectations for this collection were very high (almost as high as my excitement levels!). This is a 12 piece collection (the last collection aka the Jungle Beat collection only had 8 polishes but the Festival collection also had 12, just a fun little fact) and every single one of them is shimmer polish; not a single creme in sight! This differs from the the other collaborations, which all had at least a few cremes thrown in there. But, I'm not too upset about that; I LOVE shimmer polishes, and after swatching a collection that was pretty much completely made up of creme polishes (none other than the Sinful Colors New Shades collection), I am happy to be swatching these shimmery beauties! Sinful Colors Vanessa Hudgens Jungle Beat Collection Swatch and Review

Hello everybody! Today is a very, very, very exciting day for this blog because this is my first ever swatch and review of a collection! I was super pumped when I started seeing polishes from the Vanessa Hudgens collection around October, and picked up the four polishes that were available. When I brought my polishes home and looked them up, I was only able to find two of them on the Sinful Colors website, which were apart of the festival collection. I only found a swatch or two of the other polishes that I picked up and no mention of them from SC on their website. As time went by and more Vanessa Hudgens polishes started popping up, I noticed the same thing happening; these polishes didn't seem to exist! It was not until I saw a display at a Priceline store that I rarely visited that it finally made sense; these polishes must have been from a separate collection which had yet to be announced.
