Sinful Colors Swatch and Review (Boxing Day Haul Series Part 3)
Hello everyone! I'm back today with another instalment in my Boxing Day Haul Series. This time were lookin at some swatcheroos from Sinful Colors! Two of these are from Kylie Jenner collections and one is from the pastel neon matte collection. I love the polishes from the 'trend matters' Kylie Jenner collection, and I'm always happy to add one to my collection, especially a yellow! Now, here we go with the swatches!
Let's start by looking at the pastel neon matte, It's an interesting combination; pastel+neon+matte. This one is called Under The Inbluence. The formula is quite thick and difficult to use, so the finish is still a bit streaky even at three coats. The colour doesn't really end up screaming neon to me; it's like a 2/5 on the brightness scale. Overall, this polish isn't the best.
Oh, ho ho. This polish is my jam! When I looked on the bottom of the polish to find out what it was called, the sticker was missing, gasp! Luckily, I did a lil' diggin' and found out it's called Karnival. This polish is from the Sinful Shine range and the King Kylie Collection. This polish is a deliciusly dark purple which is filled with shimmery bits. In some lights it looks almost black, in some a dark purple and in some lights you can see ALL those shimmies. It's got a good formula and is opaque in two coats, and I loooove it!

This is what it looks like in a different light.
This is Butter-Kup. It's a super sparkly pale yellow polish that left sparkley bits all other my fingers when I took it off. The formula isn't difficult to work with, but it's four coats to get to opacity and even then there are some dark spots. Even so, I can't help but love this polish! It's yellow, it's sparkly, it's matte! But if you don't love yellows, maybe give this one a miss.
This is what it looks like shiny.
My favourite polish out of these has to be Karnival, coz' I just adore super dark polishes. It's a shame that the pastel+matte+neon polish didn't end up being very easy to use, but I still like the concept and would like to try some other polish from that collection sometime if I can find one! I was dissapointed about the level of opacity on Butter-Kup, but it's so pretty! What do you guys think? What's your favourite? Is it worth four coats on the yellow? Have you tried something from the pastel+neon+matte collection? Let me know down below in the comments.
If you are lookin' for the other posts in my Boxing Day Haul Series, look no further, they are right here!
May your nails be good
