Valentines Day Stamper-Marble Heart Nail Art Tutorial

Good day everybody! A while ago my adorable little Kitten, Saga, ripped a gigantic hole in my light-box (aka, the magical place where nail photos happen) and I have been noticing lately that a) the hole has been getting bigger and b) my nails have been harder to photograph. Good news! I fixed the hole and now my photos have been turning out better! In celebration, here is another tutorial for getting your nails lookin' lovely this Valentines Day!

I have been keen to do more stamper marble nails, just because they're so pretty, so I decided what better an occasion than Valentines Day! The polishes that I used for these nails were; Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Pink I Can, Rimmel Funtime Fuchsia, Sally Hansen White Tip and Revlon Red by Revlon.

If you are unfamiliar with this technique, then I suggest that you read this post for more information and tips! But anyway, to start off we are going to add all of our colours to our stamper head. I am using light pink, dark pink, white and red polishes.

Now, apply the stamper head to the nail using a dabbing motion until you are happy with the effect.

Next were gonna make things a lil' stripey. Apply a piece of striping tape to the nail, then apply another piece a little bit below that one.

Fill in the space between the two pieces of striping tape using white nail polish and a dotting tool and quickly proceed to the next step.

As quickly as possible, peel off the striping tape to reveal a line.

To top off these purdy Valentines nails, use red nail polish and a small nail art brush to create a red heart in the middle of the line. Hearts are super easy to draw, they are essentially just a v!

Pretty! I think stamper-marble nails are just sooo pretty, and so versatile as well! I love the smoky and marbly (new word; spotted) look. These nails also look awesome when you line them up and you've just got like a super long white stripe dotted with adorable little hearts. I hope that you guys enjoyed these nails. May your nails be good
