OPI 'Jade is the New Black' (St Patricks Day number 4) Green nail polish swatch

Hi everyone! We really are getting so close to the end of the list; it feels unreal (no, seriously, is this a dream?). We have already dived into the depth of six fantastic nail polishes to wear this St Patricks Day! I am really glad that I chose to do the list this way; it is so much more interesting to get into what makes each and every nail polish special, because each and every nail polish is special. With that little monologue outta the way let's take a deep dive into the number four polish on our list.

Actually! I take it back! I don't wan't to take a deep dive into this polish; it's too dark and murky and I won't be able to see anything! Okay, okay, I know it's not a literal deep dive, I'ma just jokin' around! This beautiful polish is Jade is the New Black by OPI. And, the name says it all really; OPI has done my job for me in describing the colour and now I feel like I'm lazy, but I will still try and get into it a bit more! The colour is (quite obviously) jade, y'know like the jewel. That's it. I'm done. Don't got nothing else to say about the colour, oh wait! I do! There is one concern for me when it comes to dark colours like this; staining! But, even though I didn't leave this on my nails for a very long time, I didn't get any staining as I took it off. That was a real concern for me coz' I couldn't remember whether or not it stains!

Moving on to the formula section. I find that OPI is very consistent with their formulas (sadly the last OPI polish that I reviewed did not hold to this consistency) but this one was great! Probably my favourite formula from a polish on this list so far! Just a really great OPI formula. The poluish is totally opaque in two coats,  but also has impressive opacity at one coat, I don't think you could wear it at one though. And, or course, I have already discussed OPI's amazing brush, so I won't repeat myself (I do that too much already). Also, if you wanna see how this polish applies to the nail, then you can watch my live application swatch here!

I really love this colour for St Patricks Day; in fact I would say that it is a quintessential St Patricks Day polish; it's definitely earn't it's number four spot on this list. Along with the great colour comes a great formula and a great brush; how can you go wrong? Also, for those of you who are confused as to what this list is that I keep talking about; you can find everything that you need to know here. I wanna know what you guys think? Do you love jade for St Patricks Day? Have you got any Jade polishes that stain? Which is your favourite polish on the list so far? May your nails be good and lucky
