Sally Hansen 'Skys The Limit' (Easter Number 5) Blue Nail Polish Swatch and Review

Hi everybody! This is getting really serious; we are half-way through this series already! Whaaaaat? How come that happened? But it's also pretty exciting, coz' we're getting to the real point end of the list here; this is the top 5 (before I babble on any further I will provide some background information for anyone that is unfamiliar with this series here).  Only adding to my excitement is the fact that one of my favourite TV shows started airing a new season last night; any more excitement and my computer may explode!Today we will be looking at another nail polish by Sally Hansen, but this time from the complete salon manicure range, which has a base and top coat built right into the polish itself; pretty cool right?

This specific polish right here before your eyes is Skys the Limit! This is a Sky blue polish, and I just love shades of blue like this, especially for Easter time, because it's so bright and cheerful! It's like a beautiful clear blue sky!

I feel that with a light blue colour like this one there is a chance that the formula might be pretty sheer, BUT this isn't the case at all with this polish! The formula on this is just so great! It got to full opacity in two coats, and the first coat was much more opaque than I would anticipate for this kind of colour and the formula gave me no problems whatsoever!

Both the bottle and brush are almost exactly the same as the Miracle Gel range, which means that this bottle is still pretty, but very big and difficult to store.

The biggest difference between the two bottles is probably the lid, this one is plain silver with a band of black wrapped around the lid, whereas the other lid was black with a band of colour matching the colour of the nail polish wrapped around it.

The fantastic wide-paddle brush is once again the same as the Miracle Gel range. That's really great, because I love this brush!

This polish has got to be one of my favourite blue nail polishes in my collection! The beautiful bright colour is balanced by an equally great formula and brush making application a breeze and this polish an awesome pick for this Easter!
May your nails be good
Gabby
